Bees and Wasps Gallery

In early January 1999, only three Swartland Sugarbush - Protea odorata plants were known to science.

A photograph of Swartland Sugarbush - Protea odorata with a pollinator on the flowerhead is therefore an extremely rare occurrence. Have a look at the Protea odorata Saga for more on the story.
