August/September 2001 Competition
Congratulations to Ivor Jardine who correctly predicted that Climax Conebush - 'Leucadendron
climacticum' would peak flower in the the first week of November. Option 11 was
therefore the correct answer.

Rules:
- Volunteers, Protea Atlassers and members of the public may enter. As the answer to this
competition is not known to either Protea Atlas Project Staff Members
or the Webmaster, they may enter this competition.
- Your entry must reach the Protea Atlas office by 15 September 2001. This closing
date holds good whether the Leucadendron has flowered or not. Your answer should
e-mailed to protea@nbict.nbi.ac.za.
- You may submit more than one entry to refine your answer but then only your very latest
entry will be considered up to the closing date stated in 2 above.
- The results of this competition will be published at this web site, but only after the Leucadendron
has peak flowered.
- If the Leucadendron has not peak flowered by 12 January, 2002 then this
competition will be re-run.
- The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
