Output from Bayesian ModellingBelow is the predicted distribution for Mi arboreus from Kogelberg. Note how the model predicts the ghost of Mi argenteus to the north, even though the model does not "know about" Mi arge. This suggests that these two sister species have geographically divided up the same habitat space, rather than having specialized on slightly different habitats.
